Adult Day Services

The Palmer Senior Citizens Center operates an adult day program at 920 South Chugach Street in Palmer.  Our adult day center provides a safe, healthy environment for vulnerable individuals who are at risk of being left unsupervised during the day.  We offer this service to frail, elderly individuals and individuals of any age with Alzheimer's disease or a related disorder.

Our Adult Day Program offers entertaining, therapeutic activities and provides an excellent opportunity for socialization.  We keep a nurse on staff to monitor blood pressure, blood sugar, and vital signs and to provide emergency care for our clients.

The fee for adult day services is based on a sliding scale.  For more information, please contact Peg Bowers at 746-3374.

PSCC is certified by the State of Alaska to provide adult day services under the Medicaid Waiver (CHOICES) program.
