The Palmer Senior Citizens Center supports older Alaskans seeking to enter or re-enter the workforce.  Our Older Worker Specialist helps seniors 55 years of age or older develop employable skills through hands-on job training and assistance with resume writing and interviewing.  Additionally, the Older Workers Specialist advocates for the employment of older workers by local businesses. 

The Older Workers Specialist administers the Mature Alaskans Seeking Skills Training (MASST) program in the Mat-Su Valley, Eagle River, and Chugiak.  The MASST program is authorized by Title V of the Older Americans Act.  For Information, please call Rick Van Tassel at 745-5454 or by email at psccows@mtaonline.net .
