Meal Programs

The Palmer Senior Citizens Center serves nutritious noon meals each weekday at our facility on South Chugach Street in Palmer.  Lunch begins at 11:30 am and provides an excellent opportunity for social interaction between members of the senior community.

The Palmer Senior Citizens Center also delivers well-balanced meals the eligible homebound seniors and disabled adults.  Deliveries are made on weekdays and often include delivery of extra meals for weekends and holidays.

Who qualifies for our meal programs?

  • Individuals age 60 and over;
  • Spouses of individuals age 60 and over;
  • Disabled adults who live with a senior age 60 or over; and
  • Meal-hour volunteers.

The Palmer Senior Citizens Center suggests a donation of $5.00/meal plus $.50 for delivery of home-delivered meals.

For more information about our meal programs, please contact Rachel Westbrook at 745-5454.
