Thanks to Representative Carl Gatto and State Senator Lyda Green, the Legislature's Fiscal Year 2007 Capital Budget includes $350,000 for planning and pre-development activities related to the possible development of a new Palmer Senior Citizens Center facility.  The funding is still subject to a possible veto by Governor Murkowski.  Please, be sure to thank Representative Gatto and Senator Green for all of their hard work on behalf of Mat-Su seniors!

The Coca-Cola Bottlers Foundation recently donated $2,500.00 to the Palmer Senior Citizens Center.  We are pleased to announce the formation of a close community partnership with the good people at the Coca-Cola Bottling Company.

The Palmer Senior Citizens Center recently received notice of a $50,000.00 grant from the City of Palmer for planning and pre-development work on a new senior center.  Please, thank the members of the City Council next time you see them!
